License Agreement

1. License Grant

Upon purchase or download, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the Products according to the terms below.

2. What You CAN Do

✅ Allowed Uses

In plain English:

• Use the Products on as many websites, apps, or projects as you want
• Use them for yourself or for clients
• Modify the code, CSS, and styling to fit your needs
• Use them for both personal and money-making projects

3. What You CANNOT Do

❌ Prohibited Uses

• Resale: You may not sell, sublicense, or redistribute the Products (modified or unmodified)
• Sharing: You may not share Products with others who have not purchased a license
• Competing Products: You may not use Products to create a competing template, component, or UI kit marketplace
• Open Source: You may not include Products in open-source projects where they would be freely available
• Claim Ownership: You may not claim original authorship of the Products

4. Team and Agency Use

The license is granted to one individual user.

Each team member who needs access must have their own account (Free or Pro).

Agencies may use Products on unlimited client projects, but each developer needs their own license.

You may not share login credentials.

5. Free vs Pro Products

The license terms are identical for Free and Pro Products. The only difference is access to the full library.

6. Updates and Support

6.1 Product Updates

Pro subscribers receive access to all new and updated Products during their subscription. After subscription ends, you keep access to everything downloaded, but cannot access new releases.

6.2 Support

We provide support for questions about Products via etchwpkits.com/contact. We do not provide custom development or implementation support.

7. Ownership

You receive a license to use the Products, not ownership. EtchwpKits retains all intellectual property rights to the Products.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Products are provided "as is." We do not guarantee:

• Compatibility with all systems, frameworks, or browsers
• Error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose

We strive for quality and accessibility, but you are responsible for testing Products in your specific environment.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EtchwpKits is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Products, including but not limited to:

• Lost profits or revenue
• Data loss
• Business interruption
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Products.

10. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

• You must stop using all Products
• You must delete all copies of Products in your possession
• No refund will be provided for violations

11. Changes to This License

We may update this License. Changes apply to Products downloaded after the update date. Products you have already downloaded remain under the License terms in effect at the time of download.

12. Governing Law

This License is governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
